Warranty Service Information

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact customer service via our official LINE account and provide the following information:

1. Order number
2. Purchaser's name and contact number
3. Photo or video of the product
4. Description of the issue

Our customer service team will help assess the product's condition and provide repair, replacement, or further handling options based on the actual situation.

  • Warranty service only applies to product defects arising from normal use.
  • If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, functional abnormality, or non-human damage, replacement or repair services will be provided based on the product's condition.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, normal wear and tear from daily use, cosmetic scratches, dirt, yellowing, discoloration, drops, crushing, water damage, or self-disassembly.
  • The warranty period will be calculated from the date of product delivery.
  • The warranty period for different product categories is subject to the warranty table on this page.
  • If the product has exceeded the warranty period, free warranty service will not be provided. The actual handling method will be confirmed by customer service personnel.
  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, heavy pressure, pulling, water ingress, high temperature, or improper use.
  • Scratches, abrasions, dirt, yellowing, fading, or material aging of the product's appearance due to daily use.
  • Wear and tear of consumables or accessories due to normal use.
  • Damage caused by failure to operate the product according to instructions, or by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
  • Inability to provide valid purchase records, order details, or product photos/videos for assessment.
  • If determined by customer service to be within the warranty scope, subsequent return and replacement shipping arrangements will be assisted by customer service personnel.
  • If determined not to be within the warranty scope, or if no abnormalities are found after product inspection, relevant shipping costs may need to be borne by the consumer.
  • Warranty service is only available for products purchased through our official website, official channels, or authorized channels.
  • Before applying for warranty, please keep the complete product, accessories, and purchase records to facilitate customer service in determining the eligibility.
  • Whether the product falls within the warranty scope will be subject to the customer service confirmation and actual product condition.
