In-stock items
If you place an order before 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday, it will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Pre-order items
Expected to ship within 7-14 days (excluding holidays), or as announced on the product page.

Mixed Order Reminder
If an order contains both "in-stock + pre-order" items, we will ship them all together once all items have arrived to avoid you paying repeated shipping fees.
