Shipping Time: After the order is placed, products will be shipped sequentially within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of stockout or other issues, we will proactively contact you via email.

‧ Island-wide delivery: 2-3 business days | Convenience store pickup: 3-5 business days

‧ Outlying islands: Subject to Black Cat delivery times (Currently, remote and international deliveries are not available)

Shipping Day Explanation: Monday to Friday are shipping days; holiday orders will be processed sequentially on business days.

  • Within 7 days of receiving the product, if there are any defects or it does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will assist you with returns or exchanges (shipping costs are not included).
  • Returned products must be complete: This includes the product, accessories, free gifts, original packaging, and relevant documents. They must be in their original, undamaged condition. If the outer packaging is missing, a 30% repacking fee will be charged.
  • Non-defective exchanges: Each order is limited to one exchange opportunity. Please confirm your needs carefully.
  • Reminder: According to the Consumer Protection Act, there is a 7-day deliberation period from the date of arrival, but this is not a trial period. Products that have been unsealed cannot be returned.
  • Please package returns carefully: Please use a cardboard box for complete packaging to prevent damage to the product during shipping.
  • Full order return policy: If an order contains multiple items, all items must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.
  • Coupon usage notice: If a coupon has been used, it will not be returned after the order is refunded. Please pay attention to the coupon usage rules before placing an order.
