This is because when the MacBook Air M1 is rendering and exporting videos, it requires a higher wattage to support the CPU operating at full speed, so...
It's recommended to use USB-C1 for MacBook Air M1.

Moreover, the higher the wattage, the more critical heat dissipation becomes, making it even harder to reduce the size.
